Smartest in a stupid system

we have bright houses,

but dark hearts,

full cupboards,

but empty souls.

rumah cerah

hati gelap

peti penuh

jiwa kosong.

Cari harta atau rezeki?

the illusory worldly wealth;

when people spend money they don't really have

to buy things they don't really own

to impress people they don't really like.

it is a paper world indeed. and someday you will be erased from its pages. you are not as important as you'd like to believe.

adakah kita mencari rezeki ataupun mengumpul harta?

apapun rezeki itu adalah apa sahaja yang memudahkan seseorang itu menjadi manusia yang sempurna.

iaitu manusia yang dipermudahkan untuk mentaati Tuhan yang menciptanya.

inilah manusia yang sedar hakikat diri dan lapang hidupnya daripada tipu daya.

adapula si pengumpul harta yang semata-mata mengumpul benda.

benda-benda yang akan lebur bagai dirinya jua yang bakal dimakan tanah.

biarpun harta benda bertambah namun hayat kian berkurang.

habislah hidup ini disia-siakan mengumpul benda yang tiada berguna hari kemudian kelak.

inilah manusia yang telah diperbodohkan dan dilalaikan mengumpul sampah-sarap.

adapun begitu, jika mampu berbanyak, banyakkanlah.

jika tidak mampu, berpadalah dalam mencarinya.

"لا حول ولاقوة إلا بالله"

Wondrous world

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم


there are a lot of pleasures in this world,
but very few are happy.

a laughter subsides but the turmoil in the heart remains, constricting.

pleasure is a reaction (temporary)
whilst happiness is a condition (lasting)

the pleasures of this sensory world are merely:

the best of drink is water (the most common thing)
the highest food is the vomit of bees (honey)
the best scent is the mucus of gazelles (musk)
the best cloth is the excrement of worms (silk)
the highest pleasure is the meeting of two urinary tract (sexual intercourse)

that is what the world is
is this all there is to this world?

do you actually think this is the true path of happiness?

or are we merely deluding ourselves?

people who don't have knowledge will always pursue things that will lead to unhappiness.
forever chasing the means,
but never the end.

turn away from the means and seek the end.


ketawa yang seketika diiringi dengan jiwa yang bercelaru.

adapun nikmat di dunia ini adalah lima:

minuman yang paling elok ialah air (sesuatu yang sangat biasa)

makanan yang paling baik ialah muntah lebah (madu)

haruman yang paling semerbak ialah lendir kijang (kasturi)

pakaian yang paling selesa ialah najis ulat (sutera)

nikmat yang paling tinggi ialah pertemuan dua salur kencing manusia (jimak)

adakah ini dunia yang sebenar-benarnya?

adakah ini yang memberi kebahagiaan nyata?

ataupun sudah dipermainkan dan dilalaikan semata?

"لا حول ولاقوة إلا بالله"

all the roads lead to death
but only one leads to a good death

don't squander it on frivolity and stupidity


semua jalan menuju kepada kematian
tetapi hanya satu kepada kematian yang baik

jangan bazirkan hidup dengan pembaziran dan kebodohan

society has gotten ridiculous. we worry more about the frivolous than we are of the fundamentals.

we worry that our children don't get good grades at school,
whilst at the same time ignoring what kind of human beings they are becoming.
we worry about having food, whilst at the same time letting our own humanity collapse.

we're a society on drugs. rather than face the inherent issues directly, we'd rather distract our attention towards something farcical.

society addicted to distractions, cheap entertainment.


cinta benda ada had,
jika terlebih had,
maka akan butalah

syukur cuma pada lafaz
taubat juga sekadar lafaz
hamdalah kamu itu bukanlah syukur
istighfar kamu pula bukanlah taubat
sedangkan perbuatan kamu masih kufur
hati masih ingkar


tahu tapi tipu
malu tapi mahu
