That Allah is to be praised for His goodness toward us as well as His harshness, which is the rough cloth that polishes the mirror of our heart with our tears. On the path of Love, it is the tears of the heart that water the rose of wisdom.
We love to serve, not to be served. When we serve, Allah is happy with us, and this brings more attraction to the Divine Presence and Allah opens that state more for us. However, to be served, brings pride and weakness to the heart and causes us to recede from the Divine Presence. [Shah Naqshband (q) ]

thank u brother for visiting my blog. When I started to study at ISTAC, IIUM, it brought me to the world of metaphysical and philosophy of Islam, bringing to a more clearer understanding of Allah swt and His essence, with His help in opening the veil of Haqq, I am beginning to understand slowly His Divine presence and my reason of existence. Tears form easily in my eyes when I think of the Rabb, I do feel HIs nearness to me, as the days go by. Ya Ilahi, Ya Rabbi, Ya Ahad, Ya Allah, show me the truth, forgive me my sins, guide me always, ameen.
